Abstract
Lithic debitage fives a view of past activities independent from produced by tools, other artifacts and features. Lithic reduction analysis can be used to discover what lithic manufacturing activities are being· carried out and, through this, something about the function of each site. In this paper I contrast the patterning seen from tools and features with that observed from lithic debltage for a series of Anasazi sites from Cedar Mesa, Southeastern Utah.
