The compressed tarball archive contains the complete simulations of the simple 1-, 2-, and 3D continuous time Markov chain (CTMC) examples from "Representing Uncertain Solute Transport in Porous Media with Continuous Time Markov Chains" and the necessary datasets and scripts to generate the plots from the 2D and 3D heterogeneous velocity examples. The archive contains 3 Matlab m-file scripts and two .mat datasets.
