Abstract
This dataset contains data and output from a GWAS investigating genetic loci associated with straw decomposition traits in a panel of 465 soft white winter wheat cultivars grown across two years and three locations. Straw was assayed for decomposition-related constituents by wet chemistry and for C and N by dry combustion. Genotyping used the Illumina 90L SNP chip.
