Abstract
This work is inspired by architecture and implied absence, which comes from the memory of a burned down house. The house appears as an incomplete form through ceramic fragments I created from clay. Time is shown through the surface treatment. This aesthetic conveys emotion relative to architecture. Within this emotional change, meaning and the spiritual essences are revealed behind the broken forms. Through these commentaries, the ceramic objects are for the viewers to experience the process of contemplation.
