Abstract
In today's world of higher education there are many changing trends and factors that will shape what the future looks like for higher education classrooms and delivery methods. During a time when technology is emerging as an answer to solving problems of access and quality, universities are still struggling with budgets and ensuring that students are able to receive a quality education that doesn't come with higher costs. The purpose of this thesis is to create a delivery model that focuses on changing the traditional large3lecture based GER classes within colleges and university. By utilizing technology this delivery model will take elements of distance education delivery models to transform the classroom to incorporate a learning environment that better allows for greater student engagement. This model will also address issues like quality assurance and budget
