Abstract

Atmospheric Chemistry
The local 14CO oxidation rate and the corresponding OH radical concentration in boundary layer air have been measured at several sites. Measured OH concentrations range from 3×10 5 to 4×10 6 cm −3 . We describe the method and discuss the reliability of the measurements.
