Abstract

Within the State of Washington, over 90,000 families own at least 4.2 million acres of forest land. The Washington State University Extensions assists land owners recognize and protect the many types of cultural resources that may found be on their forest lands. To support such efforts, the WSU Extensions collaborate with diverse groups and individuals while also offering field days, workshops, and other educational resources to land owners.
