Abstract
Across the country there are multiple recording studios in which students at universities and colleges have access to a recording studio—some of them being state of the art facilities. The reason for their existence is to teach students how to record large projects for the future as well as everything linked to recording and releasing it to the public. The idea behind this project is to guide students everywhere on how to plan, execute and learn the ways of the working class to become better, well-rounded musicians. In doing this, the goal is to record a solo album of flute and piano music and then release it digitally to the public. The Washington State University School of Music holds a state-of-the-art recording studio that allows students twenty free hours to go and record an album or other recording related projects to help students promote their artistry to the world.
