Abstract
The Community Energy Efficiency Pilot Program was created by the Washington State Legislature and is funded through the U.S. Department of Energy's State Energy Program and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. This statewide program provides a neighborhood-by-neighborhood approach to residential and small commercial energy efficiency retrofits and upgrades.
