Abstract
Presents an overview of the hops industry in Washington. Producing 75% of the nation's and 22% of the world's hops brought more than $70 million out of 26,573 acres in 1998. Includes problems and treatment modalities with insect and disease pests. The final section covers weed control. Complements MISC0181 Washington Minor Crops. 11 pages.
