Abstract
This crop is increasing its market share. Hybridization has resulted in hardy strains with increased disease and pest resistance when matched to their intended environment. Explains the dynamics of the marketable crop while covering harmful insect, disease, animal, and other pests. Includes full color photographs to highlight some important subjects.
