Abstract
What do guinea pigs, fruit bats, and people have in common? All animals are able to make their own vitamin C except these three. Most of us don't worry about whether or not guinea pigs and fruit bats can make their own vitamin C, but we humans need to make sure we eat foods every day that are high in vitamin C. This 4-page publication tells you what you need to know about vitamin C (and A), in what foods they're found, recipes, and fun tips for kids. 4 pages.
