Abstract

Notodontidae -- Control. Poplar -- Diseases and pests -- Northwest, Pacific.
Outbreak populations of the common pebble moth, Gluphisia septentrionis can totally defoliate thousands of hectares of poplar trees. Professional IPM practitioners can use this publication as a guide toward identifying Gluphisia, monitoring the population, and controlling Gluphisia outbreaks in the Pacific Northwest.
