Abstract
This report covers the history of the High School Equivalency and College Assistance Migrant Programs in the United States: Following a pilot project established at Catholic University, Washington D.C., in 1968, fifteen High School Equivalency Programs were initiated across the nation. Three years later the College Assistance Migrant Programs were initiated.
