Abstract

Horses--Behavior.
This guide describes vices or problem behavior in horses and their probable causes. Behaviors are divided into agressive, metabolic (caused by improper nutrition, lack of salt or minerals, or parasites), due to fear, performance-related, stall, and miscellaneous categories. Some are caused by boredom or lack of exercise. 4 pages.
