Abstract

Got health problems and your doctor has said "change your diet"? Often the best intentions to diet run into the mountain of things you do not know. Here is a way to make it back into a molehill. Simple, understandable ways to substitute the "good stuff" for the "bad stuff" in your recipes. Less fat, cholesterol, salt, and sugar is better for overall health.
